Close ZEN Studio

1. If you see the error message, the first step is to completely close ZEN Studio

Check Physical Connection

1. Make sure your Cronus ZEN device remains connected to your PC/Laptop 2. Confirm it is plugged into the correct port on the device the PC PROG port (right-sided USB port)

Use the Cronus ZEN Marketplace

1. Open a web browser (e.g., Google Chrome) 2. Navigate to the Cronus Zen Marketplace webpage 3. https://marketplace.cmindapi.com 4. On the left side of the Marketplace page, click the Connect button 5. From the options that appear, choose Cronus Bridge and click Connect

Flash a Random GamePack

  1. Once connected, go to the Game Packs section and drag-drop any GamePack onto any slot on your device

  2. If a new window opens during this process, simply close it

Program the Device

  1. Click the Program button located on the left side of the page

  2. A message box will appear saying "flashing device please wait."

  3. Wait a few seconds for this message to disappear, then close the web browser and open ZEN Studio again

  4. The error message will be gone
