#### **Recommended Fix – Create a New Local Windows User Account**

1. Open Settings → Accounts → Family & other users.
2. Click Add someone else to this PC.
3. Select “I don’t have this person’s sign-in information”, then choose “Add a user without a Microsoft account.”
4. Create a simple local account (e.g., *ZenFix*) with a password.
5. Log into the new account.

#### **Test Zen Studio**

• Launch Zen Studio from the new account.\
• Connect your Cronus Zen.\
• Attempt to program the device again.

Programming should now complete without freezing.
