Unplug the Zen from the Xbox®

Make sure the controller is off

If it does not power off when the Zen is unplugged, turn it off manually — it may still be synced to the Xbox®.

Plug your headset into the controller

Plug the controller into the Zen in A1

Do not turn the controller on.

Plug the Zen into the Xbox®

With the controller and headset connected to the Zen, plug the Zen into the Xbox®.

To avoid mic issues

Before turning on your Xbox® and Zen:

• Make sure the controller and mic are connected to the Zen.

• Then connect the Zen to the Xbox®.

• Finally, power on the Xbox®.
