# Zen DS4 Back Button

The Cronus Zen™ DS4 Back Button attachment adds additional programmable inputs to the DualShock®4 controller, including Bluetooth® support when used with Cronus Zen™.

When paired with Cronus Zen™, the modified DualShock®4 can be used across supported PlayStation®, Xbox®, and Nintendo Switch® consoles.

Button Mapping Features:

• Map up to 17 controller functions\
• Compatible with Cronus Zen™ features for action button configuration\
• No PC required, adjustments can be made directly using the Cronus Zen™ OLED screen

Attach the Zen Back Button to the DualShock®4 controller.

Pair the DualShock®4 to Cronus Zen™ via Bluetooth®:

* Press the Zen **P2 button**, then hold **SHARE + PS** on the controller.
* The LEDs will flash, then turn solid when pairing is complete.

Press the left Mapping button on the Back Button until the mapping menu appears on the Zen OLED screen.

To assign a function:

Hold the Back Button you want to map, then press the desired controller input (up to 17 available functions).

* The selection will be displayed on the OLED screen.

Press B / CIRCLE to save and exit.

Connect Cronus Zen™ to the target console (PlayStation®, Xbox®, or Nintendo Switch®).\
Ensure the correct **authentication (AUTH) controller** is connected to **A1**.

**Note:**

* For PS4® Bluetooth® setups, a second DualShock®4 must be connected to **A1** for authentication.
* For PS4® USB setups, connect the DualShock®4 with Back Button directly to **A1**.
