# Error de pila / bytecode

Un error de Stack o Bytecode indica memoria corrupta, un script no válido o un proceso de programación fallido.

Esto suele ser causado por:

• Interrumpir la programación\
• Pérdida de energía durante el flasheo\
• Un GamePack o script corrupto

### Solución: Realizar un restablecimiento de fábrica

1. Desconecte todos los cables del Zen.
2. Presione y mantenga pulsado **P1 + P2**.
3. Mientras mantiene presionados ambos botones, conecte el Zen usando el **puerto USB CONSOLE/PC**.
4. Mantenga durante al menos 4 segundos hasta que los LED RGB parpadeen **Rojo → Verde → Azul**.
5. Suelte cuando aparezca el logo.

### Reinstalar el firmware

1. Conéctese al PC mediante el **puerto USB PROG**.
2. Abra **Zen Studio → Herramientas → Actualización de firmware en línea**.
3. Instale el firmware más reciente.

### Importante

Después de restablecer, reinstale sus scripts.\
Si el error vuelve inmediatamente después de instalar un script específico, ese script probablemente esté corrupto o sea incompatible.
