# Luz de estado
El color indica qué parte está comunicando; el ritmo indica cómo va.

Una luz roja significa que algo falló. Parpadea en grupos, hace pausas y se repite. Cuenta un grupo y luego comprueba el ritmo; el mismo número significa cosas distintas a diferentes velocidades.

El magenta corresponde a la inicialización del modo nativo.\

**¿Nada de esto coincide?** Si la luz está completamente apagada, el dispositivo no está recibiendo energía — prueba con otro puerto USB o cable. Si ves un color o ritmo que no aparece en esta página, anota el color, si parpadea rápido o lento y cuántos parpadeos hay antes de la pausa, y envíalo al soporte. Esos tres detalles son suficientes para identificar cualquier estado.
