# Restablecimiento de fábrica

Si tu Zen Link™ no funciona correctamente y todas las demás soluciones de solución de problemas han fallado, puedes restablecerlo a los valores de fábrica a través del pequeño orificio siguiendo los pasos a continuación.

Normalmente no es necesario un restablecimiento de fábrica; es un recurso de último recurso que borrará toda la configuración personalizada de tu Zen Link™

1. Desconecta todos los cables del Zen Link™.
2. Gira el Zen Link™ para que la parte trasera quede frente a ti.
3. Localiza el pequeño orificio en la parte trasera e introduce una aguja en él.
4. Mientras mantienes la aguja en su lugar, vuelve a conectar los cables.
5. Espera 3 segundos y luego retira la aguja.

Tu Zen Link™ ya se ha restablecido de fábrica y está listo para configurarse.
