# Errore 300X (E3 / E3001 / E3002)

Questi codici di errore indicano corruzione del firmware o un crash di sistema.

Di solito si verificano quando:

• L'installazione del firmware è stata interrotta\
• Il dispositivo ha perso alimentazione durante un aggiornamento\
• I file del firmware sono stati corrotti

#### Come risolvere

Eseguire un **Ripristino di Fabbrica / Recupero del Firmware**:

1. Inserire **Modalità Bootloader** (tenere premuto il pulsante di reset blu durante la connessione al PC).
2. Vai a **firmware.modcentral.ca** usando Chrome o Edge.
3. Reinstallare l'ultimo firmware.

Se l'aggiornamento fallisce, collegare entrambi i **CONSOLE/PC** e **PROG** porte USB per assicurare alimentazione sufficiente.
