# FASE 1: Installa Zen Studio

Zen Studio è il nostro software esclusivo per Windows. Usalo per combinare controller, configurare impostazioni di mouse e tastiera e accedere a funzioni avanzate disponibili per i proprietari registrati di Cronus Zen.

Collega il tuo Cronus Zen a un computer usando la **USB PROG** porta.

Apri Zen Studio. Quando Cronus Zen viene rilevato, la Libreria GPC appare a sinistra.

Il **numero di serie** appare nell'angolo in basso a destra.&#x20;

## **DISPOSITIVO DISCONNESSO**

Se la barra di stato di Zen Studio mostra “Dispositivo non connesso” o un altro errore, il problema è generalmente un cavo USB difettoso.

**Importante:** Dopo aver installato una nuova versione di Zen Studio, seleziona **Strumenti > Reimposta Zen Studio** e conferma con **Sì** per evitare conflitti con file più vecchi.

**Attenzione:** Questa azione elimina tutti i backup, le impostazioni e i file memorizzati.

Scollega il cavo USB PROG dal Cronus Zen.\
Tienilo collegato al PC per **Passo 2: Aggiorna il firmware**.
