Con un cavo di sola ricarica lo Zen si accende ma rimane invisibile al computer. Se i file del tuo telefono compaiono quando lo colleghi con quel cavo, è un cavo dati.

#### Scollega tutto

Rimuovi ogni cavo dallo Zen. I passaggi successivi funzionano solo se lo Zen inizia senza nulla collegato.

#### Tieni premuto il pulsante blu

Gira lo Zen in modo da vedere il retro e trova il piccolo pulsante blu. Premi e tienilo premuto, continuando a tenerlo premuto.

#### Collega mentre tieni ancora premuto

Con il pulsante ancora premuto, collega il cavo dati USB alla **porta superiore** dello Zen.

L'ordine è ciò che conta: prima tieni premuto, poi collega.

#### Connetti in Zen Studio Live

Fai clic **Aggiorna il firmware** nell'angolo in basso a sinistra, poi fai clic su **Connetti dispositivo**. Seleziona **Cronus Zen** dall'elenco e fai clic su **Connetti**.

#### Avvia l'aggiornamento

Fai clic **Aggiorna all'ultima versione**. Il firmware ora viene scritto sullo Zen.

#### Attendi il completamento

Ci vuole un po'. Non scollegare il cavo e non chiudere la pagina mentre è in corso.

Quando ha finito, ricevi un messaggio di successo che dice **Firmware aggiornato**. Fai clic su **Chiudi**.

Scollegare il cavo o chiudere la pagina a metà può lasciare lo Zen con un firmware scritto solo in parte. Lascialo finire, per quanto tempo ci voglia.
